The Details About Majorca Flights And Vacations You Need

By Jake A Miles

Majorca, an island in the Mediterranean off the coast of Spain, is a well-known tourist destination. It boasts a major international airport, Palma (PMI), just outside the capitol city with the same name. Palma is one of the largest airports in Spain and, during the summer holidays, one of the busiest in all of Europe with Majorca flights all over the world. This destination is so popular with Germans, it is actually a hub for Air Berlin, a German airline.

Of course, despite being such a popular destination, there are people who will want to fly out to other parts of the world. Wherever you are trying to reach from Majorca, you may be surprised at how many options you have.

If you want to go to England, you can use BMI to travel to Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff or East Midlands. For London, you can use British Airways and from there reach destinations all over Europe. Or check out Ryanair for deals on airfare to London.

If you are lucky, some regional carriers out of Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Manchester will also offer non-stop flights during the peak holidaying times.

If South America is where you are headed, you may want to look into American Airlines, KLM or Iberia. Depending on where you are heading, British Airways and Lufthansa may be worth a look too.

When you arrive in the fabulous city of Palma, you have two options to travel by. Your first option is the taxi. These taxis are waiting on you outside the arrivals floor door. The next option you have is the bus. There is a number one bus to take you to your destination also. Although there is still car rentals available if you prefer. - 31515
